Q: What if I don't want anyone to know that I ordered an item from an adult store?
A: Don't worry, we always protect our customers' privacy. We pack carefully to ensure that your package will not reveal private information about any of your purchases on its way to you;
Your order will be delivered in the usual inconspicuous package that will not reveal anything. Nor will we send you any embarrassing information such as a list of catalog items.
Even if you are billed for your credit card, we do so through the name of the store that appears on your credit or debit card statement
Q: How long will it take for my items to ship?
A: If you choose Standard U.S. Shipping, your order will ship within 1 week and will arrive in approximately 10-12 days. Choose Express shipping to receive your order in 3-5 days. If you would like to get your items faster, please select Next Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping during the checkout process. After placing your order, orders placed before 4pm EST qualify for Next Day Shipping, but of course the shipping calculations are different for both.
Q: How long will it take to receive my items?
A: We ship to the United States, including PO Boxes and military APO/AE. Items will be delivered via USPS or FedEx, depending on the address and shipping options. Next day and next day delivery is only available for orders within the United States.
International customers can also shop through us. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive. You can view shipping charges during checkout. International customers are responsible for any additional fees or shipping charges that may be paid upon arrival.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: If you are ordering from a US address, shipping is free on orders over $59 in store. If not, our shipping rates will depend on your address location and shipping options, you can view this specific shipping information on the order checkout page.
Q: My item doesn't work anymore, can I return it?
A: Yes. We have recently updated our return policy to make it easier for you. Customers are no longer required to return defective items to us.
Please contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of purchase. Describe the problem to us and we will quickly and discreetly send you a replacement at no charge.
However, customers have the option to return eligible items in exchange for other items. This policy is designed to ensure and maintain customer satisfaction, as we understand that choosing the right product may take time.
Q: Are there any items that cannot be exchanged or returned?
A: For health regulations, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original packaging. You can learn more about our exchange and return rules on our returns page.
