   We are pleased to have you as a riskrings customer. Please select your product carefully, as we are unable to return or exchange purchased products once they have been shipped.

     We believe that quality should never be compromised. That's why we test and inspect all of our toys before we send them to you.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

     If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.
     If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping charges. The exact cost should depend on the courier company you choose.
     If the goods are received damaged or incorrect due to us, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs for this and the consumer will not be charged a re-stocking fee for the return.

    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved.
    If approved, the system will automatically refund you via the original payment method.
    Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

Changes to Orders Placed

    Please note that we work very hard to ship your order as quickly as possible - usually the same day if we receive it before noon PST.
    If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has already been packed, we will not be able to stop it once it leaves our premises.

Damaged or Defective Products
     All items leave our warehouse in good condition. All concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods to [email protected].
If you receive a shipment that is externally damaged, opened or re-pasted, please provide photographic evidence for your claim.
     Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team for a replacement or return.
